If I said it once, I'll say it a thousand times, if we stopped making sex such a taboo subject we would see less of the negative about sex, and more of the positive. One of those negative or taboo subjects is masturbation. So many of us, whether male, female, and non-binary feel that it is such a secret subject that we are the only ones that do it. Well by now we should know that could not be farther from the truth.
In starting the research for this post, masturbation was one of the most searched sexual subjects in countries in Africa and Asia. I wonder why not that many Americans and Europeans do not research the subject. Are we more experienced and used to the subject? Because what was can be shocking to some on so many levels.
Don't forget that masturbation with toys and machines is still masturbation, and it's OK to use props to help you reach climax. Double penetration sex machines, and fuck machines are becoming very popular. In this post, we are going to talk about masturbation for both males and females.
Men and Masturbation
This is where my mind was blown because a survey that was claimed to be one of the largest masturbation surveys claims that 41% of men feel pressured. This pressure comes from how they do not feel manly compared to how main social stream portrays masculinity. The truth is real people, us men whether straight, gay, bi, or trans, all sometimes like to feel a softer side of things. We want to be caressed, we want to be touched, and this is why when most men masturbate they can do these things.
Most men will probably think of jacking off as masturbation and that is it. Some of them do it in the shower, some do it under the sheets before going to bed. It does not matter how you do it just make sure you do it. If men do not get off or have a sexual climax and ejaculate regularly, they run the risk of health concerns such as their penis no longer working properly or their prostate starting to get slow and sluggish. There is no set amount of times as to how much you should masturbate, but at least 1 to 2 times a week would keep your tool functioning at proper performance.
Instead of just jacking off to get off, there are other things you can do to help better enhance your orgasms. Two of these techniques are orgasm denial and edging. Check back with my blog as we will be focusing a blog on both of these topics very soon.
When you are stroking your tool, try touching and massaging your taint while you are doing this. This puts pressure on this area and will start to milk the prostate so to speak. If you can keep doing this as much as possible along with orgasm denial, you are going to have one explosive orgasm and well probably a large mess as well.
Activating your rectal area, with just a small object or finger can bring you such enjoyment. Straight men also do this, so don't think it is going to make you gay. Use lube because you do not want to hurt yourself, and you can also use a Wifi dildo to help stimulate you if you have a friend that is in another room or another state they can control the toy for you giving you even more enjoyment during your session.
Woman and Masturbation
I have a large group of Women for friends and all of them enjoy masturbation. The reason is that the female body is complex and who knows how to better stimulate a woman than the woman? The vagina is what most men think is the area to get their females off, but do not realize it is on the edge and inside that they also need to pay attention to. A woman sometimes masturbates by just sensitizing their clitoris. Others will do it with longer and bigger toys, however I have found most woman like to use a vibrating toy so they can get the full feel of sensitizing their G spot.
Another thing that most women do not find out until later in life is that the G Spot is different for everyone. One of my friends says she enjoys masturbating but what gets her off is someone biting on her neck while they are inside her. However, she said you can still have a good alone session, and she always gets off when she masturbates.
Now a woman has many areas of their body to use for self-pleasure. Do not forget that doing this is also good for your health as well. It is a great stress reliever, it's fun, it helps with built-up sexual frustration, and good for your mental health as well. So please let your mind wander and enjoy your 1 on 1 time with yourself.
Erogenous zones - These are your thighs and breasts. Let your hands wonder and love yourself. You can rub, pinch, pull, squeeze, or tug your nipples, inner thighs, ears, neck, and other parts of your body during solo play. These areas, known as erogenous zones, can cause pleasurable sensations throughout your body when played with.
Vaginal - You can use your fingers or a sex toy to penetrate your vagina during solo play. You’ll feel the “Big O” deeper in your body, and your vaginal walls will throb.
Clitoral- Most people use their fingers to play with their clitoris, but vibrators and other toys can also bring pleasure during solo play. When you orgasm, you’ll feel a tingly sensation along your skin and in your brain.
Combo - This one is all about personal preference. You can use both hands to play with your vagina and your clitoris, or a combo of sex toys and fingers. When you stimulate your clitoris and vagina — especially the G-spot — at the same time, you’ll feel an explosive orgasm that may leave you convulsing or even lead to ejaculation.
So everyone both male and female should enjoy the self-pleasing art of masturbating. It's healthy, it's normal, and most of all, it's FUN!
