I’m thinking of a PA what should I know before getting it or is there another type of piercing that would give me more pleasure

I would ask the local shops what kind of piercings they do and research them. The one thing i hear is that it doesnt hurt as bad as nips and is super easy to keep clean. I have seen some get their taint pierced as this gives increased pleasure. I even know a few guys that have a jacob's ladder, which is like a pa but also has multiple piercings going down the shaft. I have seen some with ball sack piercings as well. which one is best would depend on where you like to receive the most stimulation.
